Forum Merger II Corporation announced the pricing of their $200 million SPAC tonight and the unit will begin trading Friday morning under the symbol FMCIU.

Forum II is being led by Co-Chief Executive Officers Marshall Kiev and David Boris, and are focusing their search on companies that are based in the United States with aggregate enterprise values of between approximately $500 million and $2 billion.

Total 2018 deal count is now 26 SPACs with $6.052 billion in total gross proceeds raised.
