Pivotal Acquisition Corp. (PVT), filed an 8-K this afternoon detailing the results of their recent shareholder vote to approve their business combination with KLDiscovery, a global provider of electronic discovery and information governance services to Fortune 500 companies.
The details of the business combination proposal has been provided below, but you can also find the 8-K with the results of all of the proposals HERE. No word yet on a closing date or redemption details, but it is expected that information will be released in the coming days.
