Haymaker Acquisition Corp. III announced the pricing of its $300 million IPO this evening and its units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “HYACU,” Tuesday, March 2.
The new company aims to combine with a leading consumer target that shows unrecognized value in its sector and desirable returns on capital. Haymaker III is led by CEO Steven J. Heyer, President Andrew R. Heyer, CFO and Secretary Christopher Bradley, and Senior VP Joseph M. Tonnos.
Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 195. This offering is expected to close on Thursday, March 4.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. are acting as the book-running managers for the offering. Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Latham & Watkins LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. Marcum LLP serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
