After almost two years since it was first proposed, the SEC will be holding a meeting on Wednesday, January 24th, at 10AM, to consider changes to the current SPAC rules.

In light of that, we have assembled a panel of SPAC legal experts to break it all down and discuss the implications.

Additionally, there will be a question and answer portion of the webinar where participants will be able to submit questions to the panel in real-time.

Keep in mind that we do not yet know what the final rule will look like, but regardless of whether there are very few surprises or lots of changes, this panel of knowledge leaders will weigh in and discuss it with the SPAC community.

We hope you’ll join us!
