Keyarch Acquisition Corp. (KYCHU) Prices $100M IPO

Keyarch Acquisition Corp. announced the pricing of its $100 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “KYCHU” Tuesday, January 25.

The new SPAC intends to focus its search for a target on disruptive technology and innovative services companies in developed economies such as the U.S. and Israel, and Southeast Asia. Keyarch is led by Chairman Fang Zhang, CEO Kai Xiong, and CFO Jing Lu.

Total SPAC deal count for 2022 year-to-date is now 22. This offering is expected to close on Thursday, January 27.


EarlyBirdCapital,Inc. and Haitong International Securities are acting as the joint book-running managers for the offering with Revere Securities as co-manager. Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Graubard Miller serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. UHY LLP serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
