Astra (ASTR) Calls All Outstanding SPAC Warrants

Astra (NASDAQ:ASTR) announced that it will be calling its warrants for shares as of December 27 based on the share trading above the $10.00 trigger price.

Warrantholders have until 5 pm EST on the 27th of December to exercise their warrants on a “cashless basis”. Alternatively, warrantholders may elect to receive 0.25226 shares of common stock per warrant instead of redeeming at the redemption price or exercising it on a “cashless basis.”

Holicity, Inc. completed its combination with Astra on June 30th. Astra has developed a satellite-delivery rocket system that reached space successfully in December 2020 and aims to begin commercial launches in 2021.
