Desktop Metal Completes Acquisition of ExOne, Cementing Its Leadership in Additive Manufacturing for Mass Production

Desktop Metal, Inc. (NYSE: DM) today announced it has successfully completed its acquisition of The ExOne Company (NASDAQ: XONE) following approval by a majority of ExOne’s shareholders.

Trine Acquisition Corporation secured shareholder approval for its combination with Desktop Metal on December 8, 2020.

Barrows Hotel Enterprises Focuses on Hotel Improvements

Barrows, the provider of hotel investment and advisory services for hotels in the Middle East and Africa is expanding its professional core activities with Property Improvement Projects and Hotel Improvement Projects as part of its preparations for the scheduled SPAC merger in 2023.

On November 8, Barrows announced it is considering going public through a SPAC merger to be listed on the Nasdaq.
