Juniper II Corp. (JUN.U) Prices Upsized $260M IPO

Juniper II Corp. announced the pricing of its upsized $260 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the symbol “JUN.U” Thursday, November 4.

The new SPAC intends to focus its search within the industrials sectors based in North America with an aggregate enterprise value of $1 billion to $2 billion. Juniper II is led by Chairman Roger Fradin, CEO Murray Grainger, and CFO and CTO Noah Kindler.

Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 520. This offering is expected to close on Monday, November 8.


Morgan Stanley and UBS Investment Bank are acting as the joint book-running managers for this offering. Kirkland & Ellis LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Proskauer Rose LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel.  Marcum, LLP serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
