M3-Brigade Acquisition III Corp. (MBSC.U) Prices Upsized $261M IPO

M3-Brigade Acquisition III Corp. announced the pricing of its upsized $261 million IPO and its shares are expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the symbol “MBSC.U” Friday, October 22.

The new SPAC intends to focus its search on businesses or companies which are based in North America and have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic or businesses in the renewable energy sector (or related products or services). M-3 Brigade Acquisition III Corp. is led by Executive Chairman of the Board Mohsin Y. Meghji, CEO Matthew Perkal, EVPs Chris Chaice, William Gallagher, Kallie Steffes and Charles Garner, who also serves as Secretary, and CFO Christopher Good.

Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 487. This offering is expected to close on Tuesday, October 26.


Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. is serving as the sole book-running manager for this offering.
