Hennessy Capital Investment Corp. VI (HCVIU) Prices $300M IPO

Hennessy Capital Investment Corp. VI announced the pricing of its $300 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “HCVIU” Wednesday, September 29.

The Company aims to combine with a next-generation industrial technology business based in the United States with an enterprise value of $1 billion or greater. Hennessy Capital Investment VI is led by Chairman and CEO Daniel J. Hennessy, President and COO Gregory D. Ethridge, and EVP, CFO and Secretary Nicholas A. Petruska.

Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 444. This offering is expected to close on Friday, October 1.


Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Barclays Capital Inc. are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering and D.A. Davidson & Co. and Northland Capital Markets are serving as co-managers for the offering.  Sidley Austin LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. WithumSmith+Brown, PC serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
