Future Health ESG Corp. (FHLTU) Prices $200M IPO

Future Health ESG Corp. announced the pricing of its $200 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “FHLTU” Friday, September 10.

The new SPAC intends to combine with an ESG-focused target that creates premium economic returns through smart health technologies. Future Health ESG is led by CEO Bradley A. Bostic, and CFO Travis A. Morgan.

Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 427. This offering is expected to close on Tuesday, September 14.


Cantor served as the sole book-running manager on the offering. Blank Rome LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Graubard Miller LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. Marcum LLP serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
