SILVERspac Inc. (SLVRU) Prices $250M SPAC IPO

SILVERspac Inc. announced the pricing of its $250 million IPO and its shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “SLVRU” Friday, September 10.

The Company intends to identify businesses that provide technology and innovation solutions to the real estate and financial services industries and the industries supporting them. The Company also intends to concentrate on identifying enterprise technology companies that sell into the real estate and financial services sectors. SILVERspac Inc. is led by CFO and Chairman Tal Kerret and CEO Charles Federman.

Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 425. This offering is expected to close on Tuesday, September 14.


Goldman Sachs and Citigroup are acting as joint book-running managers. Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. Marcum LLP serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
