Latest SPAC News: Rocket Lab’s spacecraft confirmed for mission to Mars and CompoSecure partners with Gemini to manufacture new crypto credit card


Rocket Lab Spacecraft Confirmed for Mars as NASA Greenlights ESCAPADE Small Satellite Interplanetary Mission

Rocket Lab, a global leader in dedicated launch and space systems, today announced it will begin final mission design and manufacture to supply two interplanetary Photon spacecraft for a science mission to Mars, delivering Decadal-class science at a fraction of the cost of typical planetary missions.

The Escape and Plasma Acceleration and Dynamics Explorers (ESCAPADE) mission will orbit two Rocket Lab-built Photon spacecraft around Mars to understand the structure, composition, variability, and dynamics of Mars’ hybrid magnetosphere.

Rocket Lab entered into a definitive agreement to combine with Vector Acquisition Corporation (NASDAQ:VACQ) on March 1.

CompoSecure Partners with a Leading Cryptocurrency Exchange On Crypto Reward Payment Card

CompoSecure Holdings, L.L.C., a leading provider of premium financial payment cards and emergent provider of cryptocurrency storage and security solutions, today announced that it will manufacture a new crypto rewards credit card for Gemini.

Gemini is a crypto platform, working with Mastercard and WebBank, the issuer and lender, on the innovative rewards credit card that will allow cardholders to earn up to 3% back on purchases in bitcoin or the more than 40 cryptocurrencies available on Gemini.

Roman DBDR (NASDAQ:DBDR) entered into a definitive agreement to combine with cryptocurrency storage and payments provider CompoSecure on April 19.
