Tidjane Thiam’s SPAC in Talks With Mexican Fintech Credijusto

Tidjane Thiam’s SPAC (Freedom Acquisition I Corp. NYSE:FACT) is in talks with Mexican fintech group Credijusto and Latin American corporate data provider CIAL Dun & Bradstreet with the aim of listing the companies in New York later this year, according to the Financial Times

The deal could value the combined companies at around $1.5 billion.

Packaging-Technology Firm Footprint Said in Gores SPAC Talks

Plant-based fiber manufacturer Footprint is in talks to go public through a merger with blank-check firm Gores Holdings VII Inc. (Nasdaq:GSEV), according to Bloomberg.

A transaction is set to value the combined entity at as much as $3 billion.
