Indonesian Travel Startup Tiket Considers $2B SPAC Deal

Indonesian travel startup Tiket is reportedly in talks to combine with COVA Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ:COVA) in a deal valued at $2 billion, according to Bloomberg. The Jakarta-based startup is looking to raise approximately $200 million in PIPE and is being advised by Goldman Sachs.

French Hotelier Accor Weighs SPAC Listing This Year

Hotel company Accor is weighing a SPAC listing as it considers a size roughly 200 million euros ($244 million) to 300 million euros and would be focused on the lifestyle and leisure sectors, according to Bloomberg.

Softbank Vision Fund Considers Listing $300M Tech SPAC

Softbank’s Vision Fund is discussing plans to raise capital of approximately 250 million euros ($304 million) for a SPAC listing on the Amsterdam stock exchange later this year, according to Bloomberg.  The SPAC would look for a target in the European tech industry.
