BYTE Acquisition Corp. announced the pricing of its $300 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “BYTSU,” Friday, March 19.
The new company aims to combine with an Israeli technology target with multiple, diverse potential drivers of revenue and earnings growth. BYTE is led by Executive Chairman Kobi Rozengarten, CEO Danny Yamin and CFO Samuel Gloor.
Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 274. This offering is expected to close on Tuesday, March 23.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is acting as sole book-running manager for the offering. White & Case LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Latham & Watkins LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. Marcum LLP serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
