Plum Acquisition Corp. I (PLMIU) Prices $300M IPO

Plum Acquisition Corp. I announced the pricing of its $300 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “PLMIU,” Tuesday, March 16.

The new company aims to combine with a technology target that can benefit from from its management team’s experience. Plum is led by Executive Chairwoman Ursula Burns, CEO Clay Whitehead, and CFO & COO Mike Dinsdale.

Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 258. This offering is expected to close on Thursday, March 18.


Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is serving as the sole book-running managers for this offering. Kirkland & Ellis LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Latham & Watkins LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. Marcum LLP serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
