Warrior Technologies Acquisition Company announced the pricing of its upsized $240 million IPO this evening and its units are expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the symbol “WARR.U,” Friday, February 26.
The new company aims to combine with an environmental services business with strong ESG principles. Warrior is led by Chairman, President, CEO and CFO H.H. “Tripp” Wommack III.
Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 183. This offering is expected to close on Tuesday, March 2.
Raymond James & Associates, Inc. and EarlyBirdCapital, Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers of the offering. Latham & Watkins LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. Marcum LLP serves as auditor.
