B. Riley Principal 150 Merger Corp. (BRPM.U) Prices $150M IPO

B. Riley Principal 150 Merger Corp. announced the pricing of its $150 million IPO this evening and its units are expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the symbol “BRPM.U,” Friday, February 19.

The new company aims to combine with an established business with an aggregate enterprise value of approximately $300 million to $1 billion. B. Riley 150 is led by CEO and CFO Daniel Shribman and Chairman Bryant Riley.

Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 155 with a total of $47.0 in proceeds raised. This offering is expected to close on Tuesday, February 23.


B. Riley Securities, Inc is serving as the sole book-running manager for this offering. White & Case LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Ellenoff, Grossman & Schole LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. Marcum LLP serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
