Kismet Acquisition Three Corp. (KIIIU) Prices $250M IPO

Kismet Acquisition Three Corp. announced the pricing of its $250 million IPO this evening and its units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “KIIIU,” Thursday, February 18.

The new company aims to combine with a technology business with attractive growth in Europe with a particular focus on Russia. Kismet Three is led by Chairman and CEO Ivan Tavrin alongside Directors Martin Avetisyan, Clifford Tompsett and Ross Z. Lukatsevich.

Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 153 with a total of $46.5 in proceeds raised. This offering is expected to close on Monday, February 22.


Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and BofA Securities, Inc. are serving as book-running managers for this offering. Greenberg Traurig LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. WithumSmith+Brown, PC serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
