Yellowstone Acquisition Company announced the pricing of its $125 million IPO this evening and its units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “YSACU” tomorrow, Thursday, October 22.
The new company aims to combine with a target in the homebuilding, financial services or commercial real estate industries. Yellowstone is led by Co-Chairmen and Co-CEOs Adam K. Peterson and Alex B. Rozek alongside CFO, Treasurer and Secretary Joshua P. Weisenburger.
Total SPAC deal count for 2020 year-to-date is now 155 with $58.01 billion in gross proceeds raised. This offering is expected to close on Monday, October 26.
