Executive Network Partnering Corporation (ENPC.U) Prices Upsized $360M IPO

Executive Network Partnering Corporation announced the pricing of its upsized $360 million IPO this morning and its units are expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the symbol “ENPC.U” today, Wednesday, September 16th.

This new company, which has branded its units as CAPS, aims to combine with a target company for a long-term partnership between both management teams. It is led by CEO, CFO and Director Alex J. Dunn and Director Nominee Paul Ryan, who is expected to be appointed Chairman.

Total SPAC deal count for 2020 year-to-date is now 99 with $39.02 billion in gross proceeds raised. This offering is expected to close on Friday, September 18, 2020.


Evercore Group L.L.C. is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering. Kirkland & Ellis LLP serve as Issuer’s Counsel with Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. WithumSmith+Brown, PC serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company LLC is acting as trustee.
