This afternoon, CSR Acquisition Corp. re-filed under a new name and size.  The new SPAC is now called Cohn Robbins Holdings Corp. (CRHC.U) and has been up-sized to $600 million from $300 million.

The change appears to be due to the addition of Gary Cohn, as Co-Chairman and Director.  Mr. Cohn being the former President, Chief Operating Officer and director of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. from 2006-2016. Additionally, Mr. Cohn served as Assistant to the President for Economic Policy and Director of the National Economic Council from January 2017 until April 2018.
