CC Neuberger Principal Holdings II (PRPB.U) Prices Upsized $720M IPO

CC Neuberger Principal Holdings II (PRPB.U), announced the pricing of their upsized $720 million SPAC IPO this evening and the units are expected to begin trading tomorrow, July 31st, under the symbol NYSE: PRPB.U.

CC Neuberger Principal Holdings II, will be led by Chinh E. Chu, Matthew Skurbe, Douglas Newton, Jason K. Giordano, Charles Kantor and other senior professionals of CC Capital and Neuberger Berman.

Total SPAC deal count for 2020 year-to-date is now 55 with $22.6 billion in gross proceeds raised. The offering is anticipated to close on Tuesday, August 4, 2020.


Credit Suisse, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering and Macquarie Capital, Loop Capital Markets and Natixis are acting as co-managers for the offering. Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP were issuer’s counsel and underwriter’s counsel, respectively. WithumSmith+Brown, PC, acted as auditor.
