Brilliant Acquisition Corporation (BRLIU) Prices $40M SPAC IPO

Brilliant Acquisition Corporation (BRLIU), announced the pricing of their $40 million SPAC IPO this evening and the units are expected to begin trading tomorrow, Wednesday, June 24th, under the symbol NASDAQ: BRLIU

Brilliant Acquisition Corporation intends to focus on companies with primary operations in the Asia-Pacific region with an enterprise value between $200 to $300 million. The Sponsor of the Company is Nisun Investment Holding Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Ningsheng Enterprise Management Group Co., Ltd.  Brilliant  will be led by Dr. Peng Jiang as Chairman, CEO and CFO.

Total SPAC deal count for 2020 year-to-date is now 33 with $10.498 billion in gross proceeds raised. The offering is anticipated to close on Friday, June 26, 2020.


EarlyBirdCapital, Inc. acted as sole book-running manager of the offering. Conyers Dill & Pearman and Raiti, PLLC were Issuer’s Counsel. Graubard Miller was Underwriter’s Counsel. Marcum LLP, acted as auditor.
