As expected, Diamond Eagle Acquisition Corp. (DEAC), announced this evening that they had adjourned their previously scheduled shareholder vote to combine with DraftKings and SBTech, originally scheduled to be held today, to April 23rd.
The new meeting date will be held in virtual format. Stockholders will be able to attend, vote and examine the list of Diamond Eagle stockholders at the Special Meeting by visiting https://www.cstproxy.com/diamondeagleacquisitioncorp/sm2020 and entering the control number found on their proxy card.
As a result of the change in meeting date, the redemption deadline has been moved as well to 12:00 p.m., New York City time, on April 22, 2020. The record date will remain March 20, 2020.
