Pensare’s combination with Computex is approved.

This morning, Pensare Aquisition Corp. (WRLS), released the results of their shareholder vote held yesterday to complete their transaction with Computex.  As expected, we did not get any redemption information in this filing, but the vote does show that shareholders approved the combination.

The results are detailed below, but no word yet as to when closing will occur, but keep in mind that Pensare has 31,050,000 rights, which will convert to 3,105,000 shares post-combination close. So any low-float volatility should be short-lived.

Once redemption information has been filed, an update will be provided.

[UPDATED]: The proxy statement says the combined company intends to apply to continue the listing on the NASDAQ under the symbols “PNSR” and “PNSRW”, respectively.
