Amplitude Healthcare Acquisition Corp. (AMHCU) Prices $100M SPAC IPO

Amplitude Healthcare Acquisition Corp. (AMHCU), announced the pricing of their $100 million SPAC IPO this evening and the units are expected to begin trading tomorrow, Wednesday, November 20th, under the symbol Nasdaq: AMHCU.

Amplitude Healthcae will be focusing on companies in the healthcare sector and will be led by Howard Hoffen, as Chairman, and Bala Venkataraman, as CEO.

Total SPAC deal count for 2019 year-to-date is now 52 with $12.09 billion in gross proceeds raised. The offering is anticipated to close on Friday, November 22, 2019.
