This morning, Bison Capital Acquisition Corp. (BCAC), announced that it has closed its business combination with Xynomic Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Xynomic”). BCAC will be changing its name to Xynomic Pharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc. and the Company expects that its shares of common stock and warrants will trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbols “XYN” and “XYNPW,” respectively, starting today, May 15, 2019.

Bison Capital/Xynomic has yet to file shareholder vote results, but we will update accordingly when that information is released.
