Late last night, CM Seven Star Acquisition Corp. (CMSS), announced the approval of their business combination with Kaixin Auto Group (“Kaixin”) and Renren (NYSE: RENN) and the results of their shareholder vote.
The press release provided information as to vote counts for each of the proposals, but did not provide the amount of redemptions or at what price. We’ll have to wait for further filings to see those results.
However, the transaction was approved (vote count below) and the transaction is expected to close today, April 30, 2019.
