Andina Acquisition Corp. III (ANDAU), the $100 million SPAC focusing on companies in the Americas, announced the pricing of their IPO Monday evening, while also gaining the title of the first SPAC (and IPO) of 2019.
Andina III, which is being led by Luke Weil, as Chairman, and Julio Torres, as CEO, is expected to begin trading on Tuesday, January 29th, under the symbol Nasdaq: ANDAU.
