Monocle Acquisition Corporation (MNCL) Re-files for Another 20 days

Monocle Acquisition Corporation (MNCL), re-filed their S-1 this afternoon, however, there were no changes to their terms.  The new fIling appears to be for the purposes of re-starting the 20-day clock since, once again, the delaying amendment has been removed.

Monocle’s last S-1 was filed January 3rd, which meant tomorrow, January 23rd (20 days later), they would have gotten effective and needed to price.  The new anticipated pricing date is Monday, February 11th.
