Federal Street (FSAC) To Adjourn Shareholder Vote to Jan. 3rd
by Kristi Marvin on 2018-12-17 at 5:38pm

Federal Street Acquisition Corp. (FSAC), announced this afternoon, that they will be adjourning their special meeting of FSAC stockholders, originally scheduled to be held today, December 17, 2018.   The new meeting date will now be held on Thursday, January 3rd, 2019.

This is Federal Street’s third adjournment, however, it has been a very challenging market (for both SPACs and non-SPACs), so maybe the additional two weeks will give FSAC some breathing room to maneuver.

Important Note: In connection with the adjournment, FSAC is extending the deadline for holders of its Class A common stock to submit their shares for redemption to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on December 31, 2018.

Stay tuned for further developments.
