Boxwood Merger Corp. was rumored to be pricing last night and instead, they down-sized their deal and increased their warrant from one-half to a full warrant.  Given that we have three deals coming at the same time, the fight for capital is competitive and investors are choosy. Hence, both AMCI and Boxwood had to sweeten their deals. The optics aren’t great when you have to do that, but reflective of a competitive market.

All three deals – AMCI, Boxwood and Fintech III – should price tonight for trading tomorrow and we’ve updated the table below.
