TKK Symphony Acquisition Corporation announced the pricing of their $220 million SPAC this morning and the unit will begin trading today under the symbol TKKSU.
TKK Symphony intends to focus on consumer and lifestyle companies in the PRC and is being led by Mr. Sing Wang, as Chairman and CEO.
Total 2018 deal count is now 28 SPACs with $6.83 billion in total gross proceeds raised.
