Answer: It doesn’t matter. SPACs barely trade anyway until they announce the combination.
This morning, Allegro Merger Corp. announced the pricing of their $130 million SPAC and the unit will begin trading later this morning under the symbol ALGRU.
This is Eric Rosenfeld’s sixth go around, having already IPO’d and completed combinations with five other SPACs. We’re hoping this is his best one yet.
