Apollo Global Management LLC rumored to invest in oil and gas pipeline infrastructure in North America via a SPAC
Apollo Global management is rumored to have a SPAC management team already in place and has confidentially filed with the SEC. This news item is still technically just rumor, but when it hits Bloomberg’s site, it’s more than just whispers.
As the article points out, previous high-profile energy SPACs, such as TPG Pace Energy, have focused on oil and gas exploration, but Apollo intends to focus on oil and gas pipeline infrastructure.
